Kathryn Jacob has worked in the restaurant industry for the past 22 years. In roles varying from hostess, busser, prep, pantry, server, and GM, she worked her way through college and stayed after earning two degrees. While serving tables, she also works as a director of special events, coordinating monthly wine dinners and private events. In her off time, Kathryn enjoys reading multiple books at once, watching classic old movies, and driving her husband nuts by constantly reorganizing! Kathryn will soon be switching to serving part time to pursue her dream law degree.
Nick Wilson has been in the Louisville Food and Beverage industry for 25 years working every position in the front and back of house at numerous award-winning restaurants. Music aficionado, book worm and old man skateboarder, Nick also works in recovery at one of the top treatment centers in the country.
Nick and Kathryn met in the industry in 2001 and have been happily married for 8 years! Together, they have a large dog named Luciano, and three cats - Satchmo, Vincenzo, and Cecelia.
