Sam Diminich is a 3rd generation Chef and father to two amazing children.
A CIA graduate, he was fortunate enough to train at Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia, PA, BLT Charlotte and most recently Hamptons Restaurant in Sumter under Executive Chef Raffaele Dall'Erta, formerly of the Inn at Little Washington.
Chef Diminich is currently the Executive Chef of Upstream in the Southpark area of Charlotte. Upstream specializes in day-boat seafood paired with local produce heavily influenced by Japanese tradition.
When not in the kitchen he is almost always outdoors loving Charlotte’s proximity to the mountains as well as the coast.
